The staff here were amazing! They surprised my kids with toys. The only downside was the noise at night. It was hard to sleep. Still, a great stay overall 😊

The breakfast was excellent with super large portions and both hearty options. Location: the hotel was short walk to many attractions and restaurants and Water Tower and 900 N and fine restaurants. Appreciated our place and would stay there again.

The customer service was really good as the staff went out of their way to make our anniversary special. We enjoyed fine views of the lake from our room while strolling along the magnificent mile.
the breakfast options were limited and overpriced.

Great location. Rooms are quiet.
Nothing special. Not worth the extra money. Bed and pillows to soft and not comfortable. Booked a suite and it was tiny.

Poor beds. You would think a Hotel of this quality would have really good beds. Not so. We booked reservations for Brunch, $80.00 per person, and two of us got food poisioning. The food and beverage manager told me I had the flu. I did not have the flu, trust me. Two of us started vomiting almost at the same exact time shortly after brunch.

How the staff accommodated my needs.
The wait for luggage delivery when leaving - seem wait times were long.

The breakfast spread at Adorn Bar & Restaurant was a total game changer, and that Tuscan bread? Let's just say it's worth every carb! Plus, the service was like having your cool aunt wait on you, just fabulous! And with a location that puts The Cheesecake Factory right around the corner, you're never far from a local bite.

I enjoyed fine views of the lake from my room, along with really good service from the friendly staff. The bathroom could use some updates, especially the shower pressure, which didn't meet my expectations for a high-end experience. It's a great choice for families or a short getaway.
